Jim has been an entrepreneur his entire life. Beginning at a young age he has always been looking for a better way to service customer needs in whatever industry he was involved. He entered the employment industry in 2004 by founding Donaldson & James an employment services company focused on total customer employment programs. In 2017 Donaldson & James purchased Kahuso to create a technology led employment solution. The company has been renamed Kahuso with Donaldson & James as one of its operating brands. Before Donaldson & James, Jim owned, successfully built and sold Culligan Western Ontario, one of the largest dealer groups in North America with one of Canada’s largest bottling plants.
Michael is a serial technology entrepreneur, a former management consultant (A.T. Kearney) and faculty member at the Richard Ivey School of Business. He co-founded Kahuso in 2015 to help re-define how executive work happens.
Before Kahuso, Michael founded, led and successfully sold MyThum Interactive, one of North America’s leading mobile marketing technology providers.
Caleb is a pioneer in the North American digital marketing landscape. He co-founded Kahuso to change the way the world works.
Before Kahuso, Caleb honed his craft building brands and leading market growth in various executive roles at Rogers, AT&T and E*Trade. Caleb is also a coach and advisor to numerous startups.
Brian is an accomplished tech leader and entrepreneur (who started coding in the 9th grade). Before co-founding Kahuso he worked with Michael at MyThum, where he helped build the platform and development team from the ground up.
Brian has also helped to launch a number of start ups including Mercatus, FlashStock, and Brave Commerce, which was successfully sold to Rogers.
David is an operational minded CPA and finance leader who has spent the majority of his career in the service industry finding ways to improve the bottom line of his end customers. Before Kahuso, David oversaw the Finance and Administrative service area for one of the largest independent buying groups in Canada.
Erica has been successfully building workforces from the top down for nearly two decades. As an accomplished Sales and Operational Leader from the Staffing Industry you can expect experience driving permanent placements across Canada, onsite program management, customized workforce solutioning, vendor management and a creative approach to ensuring you have the right talent.
